Therapeutic Focus & Application
I am a holistic, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in supporting clients healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, chronic pain, grief, Narcissistic abuse, and chronic stress. I approach each client with deep respect for their unique life path, understanding that their symptoms are not pathology, but responses to what they’ve lived through.
My work is rooted in a strengths-based, holistic framework, integrating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, polyvagal theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring years of experience teaching 26 & 2 hot yoga since 2020, and more recently, yin yoga. These practices have deeply informed my understanding of the mind-body connection. I incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic awareness into sessions, helping clients use their bodies as allies in healing. Through movement and stillness, I support clients in processing and releasing trauma stored in the body.
It’s my greatest honor to hold a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your inner world. I follow your lead, offering compassionate presence and gentle guidance along the way. My intention is to support you in building resilience, developing effective coping strategies, and deepening your connection to yourself and your life.
