Therapeutic Focus & Application
Welcome! You are brave for being here.
I am a trauma-informed, holistic, relational therapist. Therapy is a space to be seen, understood and to know tenderness and compassion while addressing and including all aspects of your life. As a depth therapist, I will collaborate with you as we gently discover the roots of your story and the concerns you have, exploring your family of origin, attachment style, and unconscious life.
I partner with clients struggling with depression and anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual abuse, PTSD, boundary setting, negative self and body image, identity confusion, and more. I desire to be a safe, soft landing for the Queer community and all their beautiful particularities and complexities. My experience includes working with survivors of sex-trafficking and sexual abuse.
Life can be painful and heavy, but we are not meant to do it alone. I believe healing is found in relationship. My desire is that the work we engage in together will generate freedom, expansion, truth, and connection. This can be hard work as our bodies have known great harm, yet you deserve to know goodness and delight in your skin. While life can be lonely and hard, it can also be beautiful, so we will not forget to laugh and celebrate the joys and victories together.

When I am not with clients, I enjoy paddleboarding on Lake Washington, water coloring, reading, hiking and playing board games.
