Therapeutic Focus & Application
I am a relationship-based, trauma-informed therapist with a holistic, creative, and embodied approach to healing. I deeply believe in the interconnectedness of mind, soul, and body and it is through these channels we often experience pain, harm, frustration, blockages, and sometimes just plain boredom.
My hope is to offer my clients a space to experience empathy, honesty, creativity, and curiosity, as we collaborate to understand your story and find pathways to emotional-wellbeing and resilience. In my practice, I draw from various therapeutic approaches, primarily from attachment theory, object relations, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy and multicultural systems. My work is informed by a commitment to social justice and a continual growth towards multicultural awareness.
You are the expert of your own story and I will seek to honor and come alongside you, not as one who has all the answers, but as a fellow traveler and witness. In our work together we will explore a variety of tools including mindfulness, expressive arts, behavioral activation, somatic experiencing interventions, among many others, to identify the specific ways your mind, soul and body have been shaped, develop healthy coping and find your unique pathway forward.

I am also an artist, wife, outdoor enthusiast, and dog mom. While I am originally from the desert and love the sunshine and heat, I am learning to embrace the lushness of the PNW.
